We make our sweet pepper jam with fresh red peppers, which provide a distinct but surprising savoury-sweet flavour.
Ingredients: Sweet Peppers, Sucrose, Lemon Juice.
Serving Suggestions:
- On a cheese platter, mix with cream cheese or mayonnaise for a dipping sauce.
- Stuffed mushrooms - add a little jam with cheese before baking.
- BBQ glaze - mix with a little soy sauce and use on chicken wings before roasting.
