We collect our honey from local bee hives, which are selectively placed near our fruit trees on the farm for pollination , or between blue gum trees. Enjoy honey on anything that needs sweetening for a healthy alternative to sugar. Honey is rich in anti-oxidants hence protecting the body against heart disease, strokes and cancer. Honey can also be used topically on burns, wounds or skin conditions.
