Pitted Dried Olives in Plum Vinegar 250g

Olives can be dried in two ways.  1. Putting the olives in layers with coarse salt to extract the bitterness. 2.  Soaking the olives in a 10% salt solution for almost a year using natural fermentation, to get rid of the bitterness and then drying the olives. Enjoy dried olives as as savoury snack with a glass of wine or add to a salad or bread dough.
