Moskonfyt 200ml

Moskonfyt, or grape syrup, has been made since the earlier days in the Cape Colony as soon as the Cape started producing grapes. Sweet grape must is the Fermented juice from the pressed grapes, which is boiled to reduce until it has the consistency of light syrup. Traditionally it was eaten with thick slices of freshly baked farm bread. Drizzle over ice cream or use in baked desserts.
