We make our apricot jam with local apricots, which have an intense, tangy flavour. This popular jam will take you on a nostalgic trip into Ouma's pantry.

Ingredients: Apricots, Sucrose

Serving Suggestions:

• Pair beautifully with soft cheeses like brie and camembert
• Use as a glaze for roast chicken, pork or lamb
• Add to a salad dressing with Het Vlock Casteel Extra Virgin Olive oil and vinegar
• Brush over snoek together with garlic, lemon juice and butter while it grills over the fire
